I am S†eel Dove's lead singer/acoustic guitar player.
I am married to our bass guitar/keyboard player, Cindy Robertson.
I grew up listening to traditional country music and 70's rock. I then began exploring the progressive country move. At age 21, I began playing in local bar bands -- an experience short-lived because of my desire to serve God, which took me to playing praise and worship music in a non-denominational church. I am now a member of Highland Cumberland Presbyterian Church, where I play acoustic guitar for their worship services.
I am a self-taught musician and have been legally blind since birth. I feel God has equipped me, as a lyricist and singer, with the tools to bring the message of Jesus Christ to all the areas God opens up.

I am privileged and honored to be able to serve my Lord with the talents He has blessed me with.
Randy Robertson, our lead singer/acoustic guitar player, is my husband, and we have one daughter, Dottie Owens, (husband JJ) and grandchildren - Bryce Owens, Caleb Owens, Elizabeth Owens, Kelsey Owens, and Macey Owens.
I play bass guitar and keys.
I am a lifelong member of Highland Cumberland Presbyterian Church, where I play bass guitar in the worship services. The scripture I start my every day with comes from Psalm 143:8-10. "Let me hear Thy lovingkindness in the morning, for I trust in Thee; Teach me the way in which I should walk, for to Thee I lift up my soul; Deliver me, O Lord, from my enemies, I take refuge in Thee; Teach me to do Thy will, for Thou art my God; Let Thy good Spirit leadme on level ground." I praise him and thank him for that "level ground"!
I retired as Communications Director at the AGC of Western Kentucky, a chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) March 31, 2022 - after working there 45+ years.

My love for drumming began when I was about 7 years old. My father began teaching me how to play his drums. When I was 14, he gave me my first set of drums, which I still have and play regularly. I also received Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior that year.
During the years when I was traveling with my job, I noticed that in most of the small towns, the young people would congregate in parking lots to hang out. It was my dream to one day play in a Christian band on a flat-bed trailer in parking lots and tell them about Jesus.
The Lord made that dream come true when I became the drummer for the Steel Dove Band. Since we have been together, God has put us on more flat-bed trailers than I can count. I am overwhelmed that God is still using our band to tell others about his love and grace!
